Braised Lamb Shank $36.00

Seasoned and marinated. Pan seared, simmered in a deeply flavored red wine sauce until meltingly tender with onions, carrots and celery. Served with creamy garlic Parmesan mashed cauliflower and fried polenta.

 

Chicken in a Creamy Mustard Sauce $28.00

Chicken tenderloin seared until golden, sautéed in wine and cooked through, with fresh garlic and herbs, asparagus, roasted red bell pepper a hint of Dijon mustard, splash of heavy cream served over Basmati rice or pasta

 

Shrimp Bambu au gratin $35.00  

Sautéed shrimp with fresh herbs, garlic, yellow onion, peas, diced Italian ham in a creamy sauce, served with Basmati rice topped au gratin with mozzarella cheese, finish with potato sticks.

 

Steak Tips $32.00

Marinated in Balsamic infusion, cook to perfection served with roasted asparagus and potato polpette filled with spicy cream cheese
